Hello everyone! I am so sorry that I was not able to meet all of you at Open House. Mrs. Teems had such wonderful things to say about everyone and I look forward to meeting you when I return from maternity leave in October.
I spoke to Mrs. Teems and she said the first day of school went very smoothly. The day was mostly spent learning classroom rules and procedures. Mrs. Hall and Mrs. Teems were both amazed at how well the students walk in the hallway! During the class meeting the boys and girls all practiced giving compliments. Mrs. Teems said most of the compliments were about how much the love their family! :) After reading The Kissing Hand, the boys and girls did a few worksheets and took home a picture of a hand that saying "I love you" in sign language. !! I am very proud of all of the students for having such an AWESOME first day of Kindergarten!!

Tripp is doing wonderful and is at home with us!! He was a few weeks early so he had to be on oxygen for a day but now he is doing fantastic! Here are a couple of pictures of my handsome little fella!!
